ChairTech LLC does not warranty these chairs. They are like new after we refurbish them. If you want a 12-Year warranty, please buy from a certified Herman Miller dealer and pay retail ($1,000+). We have parts, experience and provide service for these chairs. If something breaks on a chair you buy from us, we will accommodate you the best we can.

Our Return Policy

We have a No-Hassle 30-Day “BUTT-CHECK” when you purchase one of our chairs. If you’re not satisfied, bring it back for a No-Hassle Return with NO restocking fees. Return the item within 30 days and receive full credit toward another chair, an even exchange or a cheerful refund.

If we have shipped an item to you, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Once we get our chair back, you will receive your refund for the chairs. For local customers, please return the chair to our store for a refund to avoid additional costs.

Oftentimes, customers will have questions about how to adjust one of our chairs. We suggest you call us to speak to a technician to troubleshoot your issue over the phone before you decide to return the chair.
